1. Introduction

Welcome to R.A.M. Computer & Wellness Foundation. By accessing our website and enrolling in our courses, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Admission & Enrollment

  • Admission to any course is subject to availability and fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
  • Students must provide accurate and truthful information during the admission process. Submitting fake documents will lead to immediate cancellation of admission without any refund.
  • The institute reserves the right to modify the course structure, fees, and schedule at any time without prior notice.

3. Fee Structure & Refund Policy

  • All fees must be paid as per the schedule provided by the accounts department.
  • Registration fees and admission fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Refunds for course fees (if applicable) will only be considered if the student withdraws within the first week of the session, subject to administrative deductions.

4. Attendance & Examination

  • Students are required to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance to be eligible for examinations.
  • Carrying unfair means or cheating in examinations will result in strict disciplinary action, including expulsion.
  • Certificates will only be issued to students who successfully pass the required examinations and clear all fee dues.

5. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain discipline within the campus. Any misbehavior with staff or fellow students, damage to institute property, or involvement in illegal activities will lead to immediate dismissal from the institute.

6. Website Use & Data Privacy

  • Your personal information (Name, Phone, Email, Documents) is securely stored in our ERP system and will not be shared with any third party.
  • Unauthorized access to the student portal, attempting to hack the system, or sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.
  • All study materials, videos, and content provided on this website are the intellectual property of the institute. Copying or redistributing them is illegal.

7. Modifications to Terms

The institute reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website and services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
